Receta Dr. Pedron's Filipino Style Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast fillets (3 1/2 ounce ea)
- 6 x garlic cloves pressed
- 1/2 c. lemon juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed peppercorn
- 6 med bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
- 12 sm fresh sage leaves
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients in bowl and add in chicken. Marinate overnight or possibly for at least four hrs before cooking. Cook chicken on a warm grill. Serve with grilled fresh vegetables basted with extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, rice, bread and fresh fruit.
