Receta Dried Beef Roll Ups

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb sliced dry beef
- 2 x 3 ounce pkgs. cream cheese
- 3 tsp grated onion
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
Direcciones
- Rinse the dry beef in cool water. Dry. Combine the remaining ingredients. Beat till creamy. Add in an extra tsp. or possibly two of wine if needed. Place small amount of mix on each slice of dry beef. If the slices are large, cut them in half. Roll up; fasten with toothpick. Refrigeratethoroughly, covered with foil. Cut in 1 inch pcs; spear with toothpicks.
