Receta Stuffed Beef Roll Ups

Ingredientes
- 4 slc Top round beef steak, 1/4" thick, 10-12 inches long
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can (6 ounce.) tomato paste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- Â Â Salt and pepper
- 1 x Carrot
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 x Onion
- 1 x Clove garlic
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Divide minced vegetable-spice mix into 4 equal portions. Place a portion on each slice of beef and roll up, tying together with eavy string.
- In skillet, brown roll-ups on both sides in extra virgin olive oil.
- Remove and place in casserole, adding sufficient water to cover. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 2 hrs.
- Add in tomato paste, sugar, flour, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer 1 hour longer or possibly till meat is tender. Before serving, remove strings from roll-ups. Serve over rice pilaf or possibly spaghetti.
- 4 servings.
