- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lard
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 6 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon soda
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and lard. Add in Large eggs, nutmeg, vanilla, and baking pwdr. Mix soda with lowfat milk and add in alternately flour and drop with soup spoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake plain or possibly sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or possibly sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Make 5 dozen. Only 122 calories per cookies.
