- 1/2 c. flat beer
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar

- Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Add in catsup and brown sugar. Simmer for 30 to 40 min or possibly till tender.
