Receta Duckling With Honey And Grape Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 x duckling portions weighing about 400g each salt
- 4 Tbsp. clear honey grated rind and juice of 1/2 orange
- 225 gm seedless grapes
- 15 gm butter watercress sprigs to garnish
Direcciones
- Oven:Prick the duckling pcs all over with a sterilised darning needle or possibly a fork.
- Rub salt into the skin so which it crisps well.
- Place the portions skin side up on a rack in a roasting dish.
- Cook in a preheated oven ( 180c/350f/gas4) for about 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till the meat is tender.
- Just before the end of the cooking time heat the honey orange rind and juice grapes and butter and bring the sauce to the boil.
- Transfer the duckling to an ovenproof dish pour over the sauce and return to the oven for 5 min.
- Serve warm garnished with the watercress.
