Receta Duet Of Radish Salad With Shaved Fennel, Grapefruit And Avocado

Ingredientes
- 6 x red radishes thinly sliced
- 3 x watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp. jalapeno, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped lemongrass
- 1/2 c. grapefruit segments
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced fennel
- 1/4 c. diced avocado (about half an avocado)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced cilantro
- 1/4 tsp coarse salt (a good healthy pinch)
Direcciones
- Put the radishes, avocado, jalapeno, grapefruit and fennel in a large non-reactive mixing bowl.
- Whisk the lemon juice, oil, lemongrass and cilantro together, season and pour it over the radish salad. Toss and divide the salad among 4 plates.
