Receta Duff's Bread Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 pound loaf of day-old bread, torn in fourths
Direcciones
- Blend together water and powdered lowfat milk. Add in Large eggs. Blend together salt, vanilla, sugar and mix with liquid mix. Add in raisins and melted butter. Mix torn bread into liquid mix till lightly moistened. Do not overmix.
- Pour into a well greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan and bake till lightly browned, putting the pan in a shallow pan on rack. Pour warm water one-inch deep. Bake for 30 to 40 min at 350 degrees till done. Drizzle with Pudding Sauce.
