- 1 sm pkg. of fresh baby carrots
- 1 can (10.5 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can (13. 25 ounce.) mushroom pcs, liquid removed Cooked rice
Direcciones
- Directions:Layer ingredients (except rice) in order listed into a crock-pot. Season the chicken to your taste and salt & pepper the carrots.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs and then on low for 3 hrs. Or possibly cook on low for about 8 hrs.
- Serve over rice.
- Also, to reduce fat, use reduced fat cream of mushroom soup.
