Receta Dutch Baby Baked Pancake

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter divided
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. whole-grain pastry flour
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 5 Tbsp. granular sugar substitute divided
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 x Golden brown Delicious apples peeled, cored, and cut into thin slices
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place 2 Tbsp. of the butter in a 12-inch nonstick ovenproof skillet; set aside.
- Whisk Large eggs, pastry flour, soy flour, salt, cream, 3 Tbsp. of the sugar substitute and 1/4 c. water together till smooth.
- Place skillet in oven till butter melts. Pour batter into skillet. Bake 15 min.
- While pancake is baking, heat remaining Tbsp. of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add in remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar substitute, cinnamon and 1/4 c. water. Bring to a boil; add in apples. Cook 15 min over a low heat, stirring occasionally, till apples are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
- After removing pancake from the oven, spoon apples into the center. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Comments: The apple filling is wonderful, but you can do without it if you want to reduce the Net Carbs by 7.5 grams per serving.
