Receta Dutch Style Beets
Ingredientes
- 2 teaspoon chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. beet liquid
- 2 tbsp. vinegar or possibly lemon juice
- 1 (#2) can beets, diced and liquid removed
Direcciones
- Simmer onion in oil for 5 min. Add in four and blend. Add in seasonings, beet liquid, and vinegar. Cook till thick, stirring constantly. Add in beets and heat thoroughly. Serves 6.
