Ingredientes
- 2 c. crushed pineapple
- 2/3 c. minced green onions
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. mild curry pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 4 lbs. spare ribs
Direcciones
- Place ribs in shallow pan, meaty side up. Roast at 450 degrees for 30 min. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 2 min. Spoon over ribs. Continue to bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
