Ingredientes
- 1 pound sausage
- 4 tbsp. minced onion
- 4 tbsp. minced bell pepper
- 6 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Brown sausage, onions and bell peppers in skillet. Drain. Line baking dish with 3/4 of the sausage mix. Combine Large eggs and lowfat sour cream, season to taste and pour over sausage mix. Bake at 350 till Large eggs are semi-set. Stir egg mix and top with remaining sausages. Bake till Large eggs are hard. Serves 4-6.
