Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter; 1 x Egg, beaten loghtly; 1 c. Raisins; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 c. Applesauce, warm; 1 c. Sugar; 1 3/4 c. Cake flour; 1 c. Nutmeats; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Cloves

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter
1 x Egg, beaten loghtly
1 c. Raisins
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Applesauce, warm
1 c. Sugar
1 3/4 c. Cake flour
1 c. Nutmeats
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cloves

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg. Stir in dry ingredients. Add in warm applesauce. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hr and 15 mins or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Keeps moist for days.
