Receta Hard Rock Cafe's Homemade Apple Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 1 x serving Hard Rock Cafe's Apple Cobbler (see recipe)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp powdered sugar - (dessert spoon)
- 1 ounce caramel topping
Direcciones
- Combine cinnamon and sugar and set aside. Place one portion of apple cobbler in a small chilled bowl. Microwave 30 seconds or possibly heat to an internal temperature of 110 degrees.
- Lightly press one scoop of vanilla ice cream into the center of the cobbler. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of cinnamon-sugar mix over apple cobbler. Drizzle caramel topping over dessert to give a lattice effect. Sprinkle powdered sugar over dessert. Place dessert spoon at 3 o'clock. Serve immediately.
