  1. Cut apples in half and core. Slice thinly. Drop slices into a bowl of cool water; set aside. Combine flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing well. Beat egg in a medium bowl; stir in brown sugar, honey, and vanilla. Blend in well liquid removed apples and flour mix, mixing well. Mix in walnuts and raisins. Spread mix proportionately in a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve warm, topped with the ice cream.
