Receta Easy Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 pound frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 to 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes, opt.
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with crushed corn flakes, if you like. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 10 to 12.
