Receta Easy Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 3 med potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 c. seasoned salad croutons divided
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, bring cream, lowfat milk, salt and garlic pwdr to a boil. Add in potatoes; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 min or possibly till the potatoes are tender. Coarsely crush 1/4 c. of croutons. Remove potatoes from the heat; stir in the crushed croutons and pepper. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-qt baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and remaining croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 5 - 6 min or possibly till the cheese is melted.
