Receta Easy Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. Flour (the recipe says sifted, but I've made it without sifting)
- 2 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Shortening
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 2 x Beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. Banana (about 3 or possibly 4)
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips

- Here is a really easy to make recipe for Banana Bread. This one has an added bonus of chocolate chips. :)
- Mix all ingredients together except for Large eggs and chips. I find it easier to mush the bananas together first and then add in them. Beat in Large eggs. Mix in chocolate chips. Put batter in greased loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2) and bake at350 degrees for one hour.
