Ingredientes
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter
- 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cream butter and add in sugar gradually, cream till fluffy. Add in unbeaten egg and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mix. Divide dough. Prepare cookies in variations you prefer.Butter crisps (rolled). Refrigerate dough. Roll on well lightly floured cookie cutters. Bake about 6 min. Cool on cake rack. Half recipe makes about 3 dozen.
