Receta Easy Breakfast Puff Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced zucchini
- 2 ounce cooked ham steak cubed
- 1 1/4 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs (or possibly 3 egg whites)
- 3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray. Spray skillet with non-stick spray; add in onion, zucchini and ham. Cook about 2 min till onions are translucent/soft.
- Spread onion mix over bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- In bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and blend with fork. Pour into pie plate. Bake till golden and puffy (35 to 45 min).
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
