Receta Easy Brown Rice And Beans

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Brown rice
- 3/4 c. water
- 7 ounce canned stewed tomatoes
- 1/3 c. minced celery (1 stalk)
- 1/3 c. minced onions (1/2 medium onion)
- 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper (1/2 medium)
- 7 ounce canned red kidney beans
- 1 pch garlic pwdr
- 2 dsh warm sauce
- 1 dsh pepper
Direcciones
- Cook rice in water till water is absorbed. In skillet cook minced celery, onion, and green peppers slowly over low heat about 10 min.
- Add in liquid removed canned beans, stewed tomatoes and seasoning. Bring to a boil, and then simmer uncovered about 10 min. Add in cooked rice and mix.
