  1. Cook broccoli till tender in boiling water and drain. Lightly brown chicken pcs in warm oil and remove from skillet. Add in garlic, ginger root and broccoli to warm skillet and saute/fry for 2 min. Return chicken to skillet. In a small bowl combine broth, oyster sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and add in to skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently till sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
