Ingredientes
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh is nicer)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup

- In pressure cooker (cook under pressure 45 min) 1 large chicken, 2 c. brown rice, 4 to 5 c. water, 1/2 c. wheat berries with 1 1/4 c. water (or possibly 1/2 c. bulgur with 1 1/2 c. water or possibly 1/2 c. wild rice with 1 c. water). Steam broccoli, carrots, string beans, snow peas (or possibly any other vegetables). Combine 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1 Tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese and layer the cooked food in a large casserole dish like this: rice, vegetables, boned chicken, sauce, and cheese and crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till topping is brown.
