Receta Easy Cranberry Relish

Ingredientes
- 3 whl oranges, quartered, pits removed
- 2 bag cranberries (12 ounces each)
- 2 c. Sugar (more or possibly less depending on the sweetness of the oranges)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pch Clove
- 1 ounce Cointreau (optional)
Direcciones
- I run them through an old-fashioned meat grinder fitted with the finest die. I've also done it in processor. You get different textures, but both work just fine.
- Serve with ham or possibly turkey.
