Receta Easy Fudge Brownies 2

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Flour, All-Purpose unbleached
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Margarine
- 1/4 c. Buttermilk
- 1/4 c. Cocoa Pwdr Dutch process
- 2 x Egg beaters 99% egg substitute or possibly equiv to 2 Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 deg F; coat a 9 x 13" baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Whisk flour and baking soda in a bowl.
- Heat sugar, margarine and buttermilk, stirring constantly in a saucepan over med heat till mix comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add in cocoa. Stir till smooth. Cold 10 minutes.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, to sugar mix; stirring well after each addition. Add in vanilla. Stir in flour mix. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake till done, 18 - 20 minutes. Cold in pan on wire rack.
