Receta Easy Ground Beef And Vegetable Ragout

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
- 1 lrg onion cut in chunks
- 1 x green bell pepper minced
- 1 sm can sliced mushrooms (or possibly about 4 ounce fresh sliced mushrooms)
- 2 x celery ribs sliced about 1/2"
- 1 pkt dry mushroom gravy mix - (3/4 ounce)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce) undiluted
- 2 dsh Gravy Master (optional)
- 1 c. frzn mixed vegetables - (to 2 c.)
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef with onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and celery; drain and transfer to the crockpot. Sprinkle with mushroom gravy mix; toss. Add in cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper, and a dash or possibly two of Gravy Master. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hrs, adding the frzn vegetables during the last 30 to 45 min. Serve over mashed potatoes.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
