- Heat butter in skillet over low heat, or possibly in microwave for 45 seconds. With a wire whisk or possibly fork, beat together Large eggs, salt and paprika. Add in to butter.
- Immediately add in the ham. Microwave egg mix on medium high setting for 1 minute. Stir and revolve dish. Microwave another 2 min. Stir. Return to microwave another two min. Stir. Return to microwave for a few seconds if Large eggs aren't hard. If using a skillet, stir when Large eggs begin to thicken; keep stirring till Large eggs are set, but still moist. Serve over toast.
