Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd ham
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients. Spread in ungreased loaf pan or possibly make 2 small loaves. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done. Let stand 5 min and remove from pan. Serves 8.
