  1. NOTE: 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni or possibly noodles may be substituted for potatoes.
  2. In deep frypan or possibly Dutch oven brown hamburger, onion and celery. Add in potatoes or possibly noodles and sufficient water to cover. Stir in tomato paste and spices. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer approximately 30 min, stirring frequently. Add in water to desired consistency. Serves 4-6. A quick and easy meal when there's "nothing to eat".
