Receta Easy lasagna
I'm just going to be honest, I'm not the world's biggest fan of lasagna. My mother's lasagna recipe consisted of buying the Stouffer's lasagna at the grocery store. I finally came across a cream cheese lasagna recipe. It looked very good, but the recipe was very long and complicated. I really don't have time to do long and complicated. So, I sat down and studied it to see how I could simplify this, and this is what I came up with. My husband and friends loved it, and it was even better the day after! Believe it or not, I liked it too!
Ingredientes
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 1 pound of ground sausage
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (I used ragu)
- 2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbls minced garlic
- 2 blocks cream cheese
- 1 large carton of light sour cream
- 2 bags of Italian blend shredded cheese
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown beef and sausage and drain the fat.
- Return meat to the skillet and add spaghetti sauce, garlic, and olive oil. Simmer on low until lasagna is ready to construct.
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream and mix well.
- In a glass baking dish, begin with a layer of three noodles. Spread the cream mixture on top of the noodles, then meat sauce, then top with shredded cheese. Repeat layers until done.
- Bake on 350 for 20-30 mins.
