Ingredientes
- 2 c. macaroni, cooked as pkg. directs and drain
- 12 slices process American cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut 10 slices cheese into pcs. In medium saucepan, heat butter. Stir in flour, bouillon and mustard. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir till bouillon dissolves and mix thickens slightly. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Top with remaining cheese slices. Garnish as desired. Chill leftovers. Recipe can be doubled.
