Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. any Aunt Jemima pancake mix
- 1 c. uncooked Quaker oats
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. peeled, minced apple
- 1/3 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups or possibly line with paper liners. Put together pancake mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add in remaining ingredients; mix just till dry ingredients are moist. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full; bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
