Ingredientes

  • 2 lb stew meat, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 2 x onions, cut in lengths
  • 2 can stewed tomatoes, #2 cans
  • 3 stalk celery, cut diagonally
  • 6 x carrots, quartered
  • 6 x potaotes, quartered
  • 1 can consomme
  • 1/3 c. minute tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar, optional
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. Beat stew tomatoes with a beater.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Cover and bake at 300 or possibly 325 degrees for 3 1/2 hrs or possibly more if needed.
