Receta Easy Pizza Dough
Ingredientes
- 1 packet yeast ( 2 1/4 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. honey or sugar
- 3 C AP flour
- 1 C warm water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- cornmeal
- parchment paper
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough for 3 minutes. It should have a slightly tacky feel to it.
- Shape into a ball, cover, and let rise 2 hours in a warm spot.
- Punch down and put in the reefer overnight, or let rise another hour, stretch into shape.
- If refigerating overnight for better flavor, remove and let rise 1 hour, stretch to desired shape.
- Place dough on parchment paper upon which is sprinkled some cornmeal.
- Add toppings and bake at 500 degrees.
