Receta Easy Pot Roast

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Boneless beef roast
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lrg onion, sliced
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. Beef broth
- 1 sm jar prepared horseradi
- 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Beau Monde seasoning (or possibly sal
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Cool water
Direcciones
- I put everything except the additives for gravy into either a roaster (covered), or possibly a crockpot and let it cook on a low temperature for 4 or possibly 5 hrs. Then, remove meat to serving plate and keep hot; dissolve flour in cool water, then add in 2 TB warm cooking liquid. Add in to remainder of cooking liquid, and stir constantly till thickened. Serve sliced meat with warm gravy.
- Makes 6-8 servings and 1 qt of gravy. Enjoy!!
