Receta Easy Pumpkin Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Jello vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
- 3 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
Direcciones
- Put together pie filling mix, sugar, spice, lowfat milk, large eggs and pumpkin in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till mix comes to a full bubbling boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 min, stirring twice. Pour into shell and refrigerate 4 hrs. Garnish with Cool Whip.
