Receta Easy Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x Graham cracker ready crust
- 1 pkt (3-1/8 ounce) vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 can (small) moist coconut
- 1 ct (4.5-ounce) Cold Whip
- 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cook pudding according to directions on box using 1-3/4 c. of lowfat milk instead of 2 c.. Place coconut in blender and grind fine. When pudding is lukewarm, add in coconut and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Cold. Top with Cold Whip. Chill for several hrs or possibly overnight.
