Receta Easy Rice Hot Dish

Ingredientes
- 1 box Uncle Bens rice with broccoli & chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (or possibly more) c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. chicken broth or possibly lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- About 1 c. frzn peas
- About 1 c. cooked, diced carrots
Direcciones
- Optional: Diced celery, other vegetables may be added as desired. Salt to taste. Grated cheese may be added last 15 min over top.
- Cook rice as directed on the package. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add in to rice mix. Place in casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven covered for 1/2 hour. Uncover. Sprinkle with crushed crackers or possibly potato chips, if you like. Bake 15 more min uncovered. Serves about 10-12.
