Receta Easy Rice Pudding (Microwaves)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. quick-cooking rice
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
- Nutmeg (optional)
Direcciones
- Combine rice, pudding mix, cinnamon and salt in 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole. Stir in lowfat milk gradually.
- Cook in Radarange Oven, covered, on Cookmatic Level 8 for 7 to 9 min, or possibly till mix begins to boil. Stir halfway through cooking time with wire whip.
- Stir in raisins. Sprinkle with nutmeg, as desired. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
- MICRO-TIP: Try French vanilla pudding for a richer flavor.
