  • 1 c. quick-cooking rice
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
  • Nutmeg (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Combine rice, pudding mix, cinnamon and salt in 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole. Stir in lowfat milk gradually.
  2. Cook in Radarange Oven, covered, on Cookmatic Level 8 for 7 to 9 min, or possibly till mix begins to boil. Stir halfway through cooking time with wire whip.
  3. Stir in raisins. Sprinkle with nutmeg, as desired. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
  4. MICRO-TIP: Try French vanilla pudding for a richer flavor.
