Receta Old Fashioned Rice Pudding Microwave

- 2 c. Cooked rice (left over)
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon or possibly nutmeg
Direcciones
- In microwave proof 2 qt casserole or possibly baking dish, mix together Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and salt. Stir in rice, raisins and vanilla.
- Cook uncovered on High 8 to 10 min. Stir every 1 to 2 min.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly nutmeg and let stand about 30 min, without stirring. Serve hot or possibly cool Serves 6 to 8.
