Ingredientes
- 5 c. plain flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Sift flour, sugar and salt; set aside. Mix water, yeast and oil in small bowl. Stir well. Pour liquids into dry ingredients and mix till it pulls like elastic. Cover with cloth and let set 30 min.
- Form rolls with the dough and let set 45 min. Cook at 450 degrees F. till brown (about 10-15 min). Butter tops and replace in oven for 1 minute.
