Receta Easy Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce. sausage, crumpled
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sauerkraut, well liquid removed and snipped
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 well beaten Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. more bread crumbs
Direcciones
- In skillet, cook sausage and onion till meat is brown. Drain. Add in sauerkraut and 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, touch of garlic, salt and pepper. Stir into sauerkraut mix. Chill. Shape into small balls. Coat with flour. Add in lowfat milk to beaten Large eggs. Dip balls into egg lowfat milk mix and roll into bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat to brown. Bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 15-20 min.
