Receta Easy Spanish Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. cooked Carolina white rice
- 1/2 lg. onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 cherry warm peppers from jar
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
Direcciones
- While rice is cooking, cook onion, garlic and pepper with oil in frying pan till opaque (don't turn). Add in tomato sauce; mix. Add in rice, mix. Simmer 5 min. Make sure mix is somewhat wet or possibly it will dry out and burn. You can add in a little water if too thick. Delicious!
