  • 1 c. cooked Carolina white rice
  • 1/2 lg. onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 cherry warm peppers from jar
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. While rice is cooking, cook onion, garlic and pepper with oil in frying pan till opaque (don't turn). Add in tomato sauce; mix. Add in rice, mix. Simmer 5 min. Make sure mix is somewhat wet or possibly it will dry out and burn. You can add in a little water if too thick. Delicious!
