Ingredients: 3 c. All-purpose Flour; 1 tsp Baking Soda; 1 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp. grnd Cinnamon; 2 c. Granulated Sugar; 4 lrg Large eggs, beaten; 1 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil; 2 c. thawed, frzn Strawberries (with juice); 1 1/4 c. minced Pecans

Ingredientes

3 c. All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp. grnd Cinnamon
2 c. Granulated Sugar
4 lrg Large eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
2 c. thawed, frzn Strawberries (with juice)
1 1/4 c. minced Pecans

Direcciones

In large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
Add in the Large eggs, vegetable oil, strawberries, and pecans to the dry ingredients.
Stir the mix till all the ingredients are moistened. Spoon the batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake in a pre-heated 350-F degree oven for 45 to 50 min. Let cold in the loaf pan before slicing and serving.
Makes 2 loaves.
