Receta Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash mushrooms; remove stems and save 1/3 c. minced. Cook and stir minced stems and onion in 3 Tbsp. butter till tender, about 5 min. Remove from heat; add in to bread crumbs. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in baking dish. Fill mushroom caps with bread crumb stuffing. Bake 15 min, broil 2 min. Serve warm.
