Ingredientes
- 1 head of lettuce, minced
- 2 med. ripe tomatoes, minced
- 1 can red kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. bottle creamy Italian salad dressing
- 1 bag plain tortilla chips, crumbled
Direcciones
- Layer first four ingredients in a large rectangular Pyrex dish. Right before serving, pour Italian dressing on, and top with crumbled nacho chips. Serves 10. Preparation time: 15 min.
