Ingredientes
- 2 c. All purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400F. Combine flour, baking pwdr, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in shortening using a pastry blender, 2 knives or possibly a fork till mix is crumbly. Add in lowfat milk. Stir with fork just sufficient to moisten dry ingredients. Drop dough from a Tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 min til lightly browned.
