Receta Easy Tex-Mex Layered Casserole Dip
Make ahead, pop in the oven ready appetizer. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
Ingredientes
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2-3 tbs. scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup favorite salsa
- 2 seeded, diced Roma tomatoes
- 6 oz. sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded cheese (I use extra sharp cheddar, or Pepper Jack)
- paprika
- If making ahead of party, put it in the fridge until guests arrive.
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- Blend cream cheese and sour cream.
- Put in the bottom of a 1 qt. baking dish.
- Top with scallions, then salsa, then olives.
- Top with cheese, sprinkle on paprika.
- Bake until cheese has melted, about 12-15 minutes.
- Easily doubles for a larger group.
