Receta Easy To Make Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 3/4 x To 1 c. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x (4-oz) can green chilies, Liquid removed
- 1 x (16-oz) can refried Beans
- 2 c. Chicken broth _ Salt, pepper and warm pepper Sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro
- 6 Tbsp. (approx.) grated Monterey Jack or possibly Cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream (approx.)
Direcciones
- Place minced onion and oil in a large saucepan over med-high heat. Cook till onions are soft, but not brown. Coarsely chop green chilies, unless they are already minced, add in to onions. Add in refried beans. Stir in chicken broth. Cook and stir till soup is heated through and no lumps remain.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. (ingredients are already salty) Add in spice to taste with pepper sauce. Stir in cilantro just before serving.
- Garnish each serving with grated cheese and lowfat sour cream.
- Makes 6 servings.
